Ceramist and Educator Julianna Lange will lead a small class of students through a clay folding technique. Skip the slip and score and try your hand at folding clay. Each student will form and decorate their own unique 3-D vessels during this 2 session class at the historic TileWorks. Ms. Lange will guide you through all the steps to complete your project in two classes. You will create a paper template that will be will used to cut out a shape from a clay slab. The sides of the shape will be folded up create a a three dimensional vessel. We will fire the piece so it is ready for you to paint with underglaze in your second class. After glaze firing, your piece will be ready for pick up. Both classes must be attended to complete your piece. Ages 17 and up.

Cancellation Policy
If you register for one of our classes or workshops and are unable to attend for any reason, there are no refunds or credits available unless we are able to fill your spot with someone on the waitlist. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to miss your class. If we are able to fill your spot there is a $10.00 fee to cover our time and our processing fees. You are welcome to send someone in your place if you cannot make it, just let us know prior to the class so we can update our rosters. Please note a minimum of 4 people is required for most classes to run. If you have enrolled in a class or workshop that does not meet the minimum requirement to run, you will be issued a full refund. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, we are happy to answer them prior to signing up to clarify.
